Your Leadership Impact

As Executive Director, you will serve as the driving force behind community succss. You will:

  • Champion Resident Experience - Cultivate a culture where seniors thrive and satisfaction exceeds expectations.
  • Inspire & Retain Top Talent - Build, mentor, and empower a high-performing team grounded in accountabilty and engagement.
  • Drive Strategic Growth - Lead census development initiatives and build strong community partnerships

What You Bring

  • Oregon Administrator's License (or ability/experience to obtain one)
  • 3+ years of experience in a heathcare leadership role
  • Proven success in sales leadership and revenue/expense managment
  • Demonstrated experience leading Assisted Living, Independent Living, or Memory Care communities
  • Strong business insight paired with strong leadership skillset
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Deep commitment to serving seniors with dignity and excellence
  • Abilty to padd background check and drug screening

(Comparable titles may included Assisted Living Administrator, Senior Living Executive Director, Nursing Home Administrator, or Healthcare Administrator)
